Dada, one of the most influential art movements in modern history and the first to be considered a “cultural movement,” is the inspiration behind the Demistache collection. Designer Rachael White has created the Demistache in celebration of a movement she hopes to evoke in a time of crisis.
“The Demistache is not about an alternative identity or secret society, it’s about the loss of control. It’s about a chuckle in a time where laughter is crucial.” The Demistache plays special tribute to the famed artist Marcel Duchamp’s Mona Lisa with a Mustache.
